Jaydan Care is the secure patient services layer connected to Jaydan Health’s public digital front door. The public JaydanHealth.com website is used for non-PHI marketing, education, ROI, pharmacy profiles, and discovery. Sensitive patient service workflows are routed through Jaydan Care. Jaydan Care is not a pharmacy management system, dispensing platform, claims system, insurance billing system, inventory system, or clinical records platform.
Protected Environment
This portal is designed for secure patient services and routine pharmacy service requests. It is separate from your pharmacy’s dispensing and clinical systems.
Privacy Assurance
Jaydan Health uses role-based access controls, audit logging, and 256-bit SSL encryption to help protect your information. Jaydan Care is undergoing a formal compliance review. For current security and compliance documentation, contact hello@jaydanhealth.com.
Secure Submission
When you submit a request, it is routed through a secure request workflow to your pharmacy staff dashboard. Standard notifications should not contain PHI. Notifications should direct authorized pharmacy staff to log in to the secure portal to review requests. Do not include medication names, prescription numbers, dates of birth, or other sensitive health details in your request until your pharmacy confirms that PHI-protected features are active.
